Oral exam
Hi Lorraine, for corrections, you just need to write the sentence with the correct MRT station.
Tips for oral:
Reading
1) Pronounce the end consonants.
2) Read at a suitable pace.
3) Pause at full-stops, commas and exclamation marks.
4) Change your voice intonation to suit the context.
Picture conversation
1) Need to elaborate on the picture
2) Talk about the 5W's (Who is involved, what is happening, where it is happening, why it is happening and when it is happening), if applicable. You should add your personal views, and when possible, you may add a personal anecdote.
3) Use the present tense.
Conversation
1) Elaborate and not wait for prompts.
2) Have fun speaking to the examiner.

i only got 1 exam per yr. gloat...i dont think anyone can hav fun speakin 2 an examiner.

i mean, the things that aren't fun about it is 1)the stress 2) knowing this person could give you low marks n anger ur parents 3) if u look like ur havin fun, the person could take it as insolence and give u low marks anyway.
well,u can choose to have fun with the examiner or not.if u don't,i guess u may hate it for life... ... ...trust me,u may even get higher marks by making friendly gestures to them.
