Prelims
Actually, I wrote a post on the prelims a few days ago, but everything got wiped out due to technical glitches.
Anyway...........
Congratulations to the 4 who got A* for Maths - Kev, Je Shen, Zhi Yang and Zheng Cong! Kev, we can call you a Maths expert now. Keep up the good work, all!
Joel improved the most - from quite a low B to 90.5! Way to go, Joel!
Lorr and Shaun, you both did well too with 90.
I'm also very proud of those who improved by more than 10 marks (e.g. Rachel, Vanessa etc).
I hope that everyone else will aim to improve by one grade in the PSLE (i.e. A to A*, B to A and so on). If that happens, we will have 29 A*s!
You can do it!
Btw, the average mark for Maths is 77.4.
I felt that you could do better in English. There were mistakes in tenses, spelling and punctuations that could definitely have been avoided. Do put in your best effort. I've coaxed you several times to highlight the clues and keywords. That has helped my previous batches of students, and I am sure it will help you too.
Anyway, congratulations to the top few for English - Joshua, Michele, Huiling and Zhi Yang.
To the rest of you, do aim for A* for English in the PSLE.
Master Yoda's advice: Your English-speaking background is your secret weapon. Use it to conquer your "foes" and claim victory in the "battle". Do remain humble and teachable even as you "train". Listen to the masters' advice. May the force be with you.
May the Lord bless you and keep you and make His face shine on you as you continue to prepare for the PSLE.

mrs gan,what do we have to bring for holiday supplimentary,besides bringing our pencil cases, homework,dairies, and spare paper ????? must we include textbooks and a BIG bag??
