Captain's Ball

I am so proud of 6C. Good in studies. Good in sports. And.... Some very good character traits shone forth during the Captain's Ball game too. =)

I saw Weng Shian and some other boys taking charge and being very fair in forming the "all-star" team for the semi-finals. Normally, boys disallow girls from playing, but I saw that the girls who wanted to play were given the opportunity to do so.

Quite a number of boys also came to offer their help to set up the courts before the game started. I would have been more pleased if these pupils had also offered to clear the courts after the game.

6C also persevered even though 6B scored the first two goals in the finals.

Another observation worthy of mention is that 6C cheered loudly and sincerely for all the other teams too! Such wonderful behaviour. Even though 6G lost to 6C in the semi-finals, 6G cheered loudly for 6C too, showing their support for 6C.

I felt very happy with the whole game. I hope you did too.
